Dear Nex Playground Support Team, I recently purchased the Nex Playground system. While my family and I appreciate the innovative approach to active gaming, I was disappointed to find that the operating system and all the games are exclusively available in English. As a Spanish-speaking user, this creates a significant barrier to fully enjoying the product, especially for the younger and older members of the family who do not speak English. I am writing to formally request the inclusion of Spanish language support (both for the OS interface and the games) in a future software update. Expanding your language options would not only make the platform more inclusive and accessible, but it would also open up your product to the massive Spanish-speaking market globally. Lightkeeper’s Journey

Just wanted to make a post to say that our family loves the new Lightkeeper’s Journey game! We especially liked: 3 players! Seemed like a nuanced combination of enough depth to engage our older kid (7) while still being relatively accessible enough to hook our younger kid (4) Love the cooperative elements! The ability to revive fallen teammates, shield, etc is clutch We look forward to seeing what the next iteration of this game will bring! They’ve worked hard to clear the first 3 levels and are eager for more ⚔️

I like this game but the hand controls are very touchy. I really liked the mini golf style of play. I had significant issues getting the ball to charge to the level I wanted it and release when I wanted it to especially after the initial hit. I think this could be improved by having a left hand charge right hand shoot. It could also utilize the controller for charging and then the throwing mechanism for release for people who can only use one hand. I enjoy this format as an incognito billiards and I like the music aspect. As I'm writing this, I think my kids would LOVE a cartoon mini golf game. The cause and effect and trajectory estimation is a great learning while playing activity.

Actually enjoying the new update

I’ve read so many negative opinions on the Starri update, but my 6 year old daughter actually loves the new update! It’s always been my favorite games that she never wanted to play with me, and now she says it’s really fun. She says she feels like a Kpop Demon Hunter performing on stage! Thank you for being so receptive to feedback & for all of the hard work you all put into everything.

In Store Demos Switching Games

I have thought a lot about this and two of the major selling points for the system should really be on the demo. Bowling and Mirrorama are major hits with every kid I've ever had over. In Mirrorama they love the ability to just be silly and it shows what the camera can really do. As for Bowling it captures the nostalgia of Wii Bowling that many people are trying to get back to. It's also the only game that can support 6 players.Just an idea but the featured games in the store demo should either rotate or be updated to feature these two awesome titles. I think it would generate a lot more interest/sales.
