Hello! We just received our nex playground, love it!! But noticed there were no subtitles options, we have deaf members in our family. We would like know the instructions/goal of each games.
Remote w littles
I am here to agree on the idea of having a way for the littles to go to the next level in the games without the remote. Us parents have to keep the remote from the littles most times. They love to do it all themselves. ❤️
Verification requirement before a factory reset
Hi, I just wanted to make a suggestion to enter in some sort of code to verify factory resetting before being able to do so. My 3 year old got into the setting today and almost deleted all progress. My 7 year old would've been devastated especially since we've been playing all games for almost a year now.
Original remote won't hold a charge since Dora
My original remote light hasn't shut off since the Dora update. I wondered if it had something to do with the microphone feature. It barely holds a charge and since owning it previously I have only ever charged it maybe 3 times.
Samsung Nex Unique Icon Logo
First off I love my Nex Playground and the kids love it. I have no complaints at all with it. The Nex team is amazing! The only thing is the Nex Playground is the only device that doesn't have a unique icon logo on my Samsung TV. The Xbox, Playstation, Nintendo, and Apple TV do but the Nex Playground is just the generic icon. I was wondering as long as it's not an issue or big deal for anyone on the team to reach out to Samsung to give Nex a unique icon logo on their TV. For the record it's not a big deal just something I noticed. Doesn't effect my experience at all just triggers my OCD and by no means does anyone have to cater to my OCD but it'd be nice lol. Keep up the great work and Avatar is sweet!!!
Mount point
We have a projector and no shelf in front of the screen so possibly a screw hole for a camera/projector mount or tripod would be nice.
Console color

Longer HDMI cord options!!
I want to use the HDMI cord provided, especially with the worry others could damage it, but the one you guys are providing is so short it’s getting bent where it’s placed because I don’t have much options. We need longer HDMI cords options.
Roblox
My daughter would love to see Roblox come to nex playground This would be. Big hit so many kids are obsessed with Roblox
Inanimate foam rod
The only official Nex accessory that Nex would need to offer. Inanimate foam rod would just be a foam rod that is used to hold in various ways to help the players perform the right movements. Tennis, hockey, baseball, swords, etc, this one rod would cover it all! But why would anyone want to buy an official Nex-branded inanimate foam rod? Well, besides holding a stylish foam rod of cyan and yellow-green, this inanimate foam rod would also have a place to store the often lost and misplaced Nex remote! The remote would easily snap into place stay there for easy use while holding the rod. The remote would need to also be able to be easily removed from the rod while still being secure in place when not actively trying to remove it. The inanimate foam rod would be about 12 inches long and slightly wider than the Nex remote, with two ergonomic grips on each end, one for holding with the remote and the other end without the remote. The remote could be inserted into the remote slot in either direction facing up or down with thanks to the design of the Nex remote. Inanimate foam rod could also introduce other new forms of gameplay such as conducting music, casting spells, shooting billiards, golf, etc. Imagine the possibilities with a Nex-branded inanimate foam rod!
2 camera systems
I think a 2 camera system would be an excellent upgrade to help with the depth perception on a lot of the games, I know it involves a huge investment but definitely worth looking into it. Possibly adding a secondary camera that would attach onto the side of the main system to test it out.
Jackets
Would love to see a jacket for the player (like the Yoto has) and for the remote. I'd also love a section on the report where you can loop a string so I can connect a tile or air tag- because this little thing will definitely get lost. I current put it on a velcro command strip in hopes my son with autism gets into the habit of placing it back there when done. thank you for creating such a great system. our family absolutely loves it and my 6yo with autism thinks this is just incredible!
Nex playground shelf
An optional Nex playground official shelf is to either attach to the wall or the TV that is fitted to the system, with a place to store the remote. I've seen many issues finding the right solution to various TV setups. It would be great to have the option to have command strips or screws. Additionally, the angled 90-degree adaptors to be able to get it closer to the wall.
