Starri has a major bug and is broken now after update!!!

Starri is my daughter’s fav game. She played it multiple times a day. However, with the new update, the 2nd player is always on easy regardless of selecting normal or difficult. It has ruined the game and made it boring. She’s heartbroken over this, can you please, please, please, fix this bug!!!!!

Have tried basic troubleshooting such as game restarts and device restarts, as well as switching avatars. It’s stuck on the loading screen with the little animation on the bottom right hand corner of the screen and the crowd sounds.

All the games freezes and lag after trying to load.

NexGym Struggles with Afros

I have an afro and have noticed that NexGym will often try to correct my form with overhead exercises when not needed, e.g. suggesting I place my elbow by my ear when my elbow is near my ear. This doesn't happen when my hair is tied back.

Bowling game stopped in the middle of 8th frame and went back to home screen. We're trying to with the summer stuff for my grandson, so it was super frustrating! No error message, just back to home screen!

Can't connect online with home run derby/baseball

My son and I have been playing the baseball game online for several weeks and in the last week I keep getting a "connection error" message even though all the other games are working, and all streaming apps still work. I've reset the device many times with no change in result.

Quiz Dash Disappeared

Where did quiz dash game go? It disappeared after introduction of the new trivia game. The two games are diverse thus should maintain both.

Teenage mutant ninja turtles

We got to 1,535,000 score but then it glitched and our score restarted and when we logged back in our progress isn't there. Please fix this bug thank you

Avatar Earth Rumble not installing

This game is not installing on our device. When we click on the game it says ‘something went wrong’. Other games are working. Occasionally we get an installation progress bar, now that seems to have stopped showing up as well. Tried toggling power on/off on the device as well as router multiple times. Other devices are working well on our internet, so I don’t think connectivity is the problem. Any guidance would be very much appreciated!!!

My son beat all of the characters in earth rumble but the last one, the hippo, is not unlocking. Even after beating the gopher multiple times.

Auto Updates Affect Gameplay

After reading a bunch of the posts here under "Bug Reports", I figured I would share with you the reason you are experiencing what you are. The developers apparently know why as well... If an update is running while playing a game, it will freeze or become choppy or not register your movements. I asked if there was a way to pause updates when a game is being played or give us the option to turn off auto updating - They "claim" there is nothing they can do. Their only suggestion was to turn off Wi-Fi or unplug your router. They said to come here and "request" a fix and if enough of you up-vote it, they will think about fixing it and improving the experience for all of us.

TMNT FPS Drop

Current version as of 20260420 Since the major update the game starts to bog down in the run. If it’s normally 30fps I would say it’s dropping 6-10 fps in busy areas. Still playable by quite difficult for the timing. Restarting the console or using clear stuck games has little effect. No restart encountered.

Homerun Heroes: Slow on swing

In Homerun Heroes, the swing is slow to react and the tracking seems off.

Sound stops on TMNT

Since the latest TMNT update, the sound will randomly stop mid game. The game proceeds as usual otherwise. It never comes back and we are only able to bring the sound back by losing and using the “fix stuck game” button

TMNT Randomly restarts

Several times over the past two days, the game has suddenly restarted mid-play at well over 35,000,000 pts each time. It’s very frustrating for the child playing. I have witnessed that he was not out of life or anything else based on the game-play that would end a run…it simply returned to the game start menu during play.

TMNT stops working/tracking

Ever since the update to TMNT game, it randomly stops tracking movements during the game, especially when there’s 2 players.
