NexGym exercise refresher help

I am really enjoying NexGym and I really like the NexGym host, but as an exercise novice, I sometimes need additional reminders about how to do an exercise, such as “bent over row.” It would be nice if the user could pause out of a routine and find a brief refresher demonstration of the current exercise before returning to the routine. If I exit out completely to try to find it in “All Routines,” I lose the progress I have already made.
