NexGym BoxFlow lagging
Day 4 of NexGym BoxFlow Spring Challenge was severely lagging.
Icons and combo did not match with the song or dialogue in background. I was able to complete it, but even the small video display would show very choppy movements.

Jonathan S Thanks for sharing this bug report. I brought this up to the QA team and they were wondering if there were people behind you when playing Day 4 of the Spring Challenge? This could possibly lead to detection issues. If not, is there any other information you could provide? For example did you see this happening on other days of the challenge? Thank you!

Hazel Wong thank you for checking on this! I had one kiddo in the room with me, but we are very aware of the detection issues so it’s something other than that.
So far I’m on Day 7 and it has only done it on that specific day. It was something I’d never seen our Nex do before—it was as if the video processing feedback was not keeping up. I could do a squat and come back up and the video would show me just starting to go down, and I even went down slower to see if that would help.

Hazel WongThank you! I actually just saw the same thing happen 2 days ago when my wife was complaining about it not working right, I asked her what day and she said Day 4 and it was lagging behind also. Other days have been fine.
