Greater customization for workout program on NexGym

My husband and I loved the squat challenge, and now we want to keep going with NexGym. But when I set up my own 15 day program, some of the exercises this morning were almost a bit much for me. I can always pick the exercises one at a time from the bottom of the menu of exercises, but that is kind of a pain. I would love to see the ability to better customize the workouts Nex creates. It needs to take into account fitness level and age. Maybe allow the user to pick which exercises are included/excluded, and adjust the number of reps.

I as well would like more customization around the workout program. I specifically want to avoid cardio, as should be evident by me selecting arms and chest as my only selection, for the guy to come on and say we're going to start with side touches…

    No we aren't.

I'd really like to select all the arm workouts I want to do for the time interval I want to do them and let the app cycle through my selections.

I'll jump into this thread here.. I would like the ability to create my own workouts. So the ability to take any of the individual exercises from say a library of nex gen exercise content , string them together one after another in the order I prefer, designate number of reps and sets or time (depending on the exercise).

I'll piggy back on this. I just completed my first 15 minute workout and it was 3 exercises, repeated. Workout "packages" could be fun, like quick 15 minute full body, or 15 minute legs, etc. Also, it would be nice if I could choose the total time (15 minutes), then how many exercises to include for that time span. Additionally, I don't like anything involving jumping. An "impact" setting that could control the impact of exercises that show up, or an option to "modify" the workout as it shows up would also help, so, instead of jump squats, I can choose to do normal squats, etc.

I was thinking about this and one possibility for modifications could be a modify option you can select to "set" the range of motion, so instead of having to jump to meet the goal, you can set your own top/bottom of the movement.
