For strength training, I have been working through the “Intro to Muscle Groups” workouts, which are relatively short. Is there an easy way to string these together for a routine that works all muscle groups so I don’t have to keep switching from one to the next to the next to the next…?
Bonus if you can string them together randomly so the whole workout is in a different order each time. That would be awesome. 😁
