Avatar Earth Rumble not installing

This game is not installing on our device. When we click on the game it says ‘something went wrong’. Other games are working. Occasionally we get an installation progress bar, now that seems to have stopped showing up as well. Tried toggling power on/off on the device as well as router multiple times. Other devices are working well on our internet, so I don’t think connectivity is the problem. Any guidance would be very much appreciated!!!
