Audio description for visual disability

It would be great to have audio description/instructions/feedback for people with visual disabilities. My 11-year-old has low vision and can only see when very close to the screen, so he would need to rely mainly on audio while playing otherwise the camera would not capture him.
It would be great if the games provided spoken movement instructions and audio feedback, allowing him to play just by listening to audio instructions and responding accordingly.
