Ability to challenge or report corrections for trivia content

The trivia game has content that is generated through AI. Despite all the checks and balances their system has, erroneous content still slips through.

What I would suggest is a way for a user to report anything that is incorrect factually or incorrectly spelled. If each question and answer has a unique identifier, then that could be used to generate a QR code for the user to scan and generate a little report ticket with the question content already preloaded. The question and answers would appear with a checkbox next to each. Check the selected areas the user wants to report an issue with. Then could have either a pulldown with preloaded issues or text box to type what is wrong and then what needs to be corrected.
