I would like to see this be like an easy to mid range difficulty exercise either picked at random or carefully coordinated schedule (alternating exercises) so that anyone could do an quick exercise of the day without the commit of a 15 day program. This could also be a way to bridge from ending a challenge or 15 day program to either another without losing that momentum.
Later on the daily exercise feature could be AI generated based off profile activity so that they are more tailored to each profile to maintain (not challenge) a healthy lifestyle their way that best fits their needs rather than a general one size fits some. Overall, I would want a way to keep the momentum going so that it keeps building that habit to exercise on NEX Gym.
