Volume control for menus

I would love some volume control on the results and menu screens. Like maybe slash one corner to toggle mute/unmute: slash the other corner to toggle half/full volume. I need the game louder during play, and then the game is over and everything is far too loud. So I end up needing both controllers on hand.
