Visually link two slash marks together

In more challenging songs, more slash marks are present. It is difficult at times to determine which of these slashes are done together, or one after the other. My suggestion is to add a visual line connecting both left and right slash marks to be hit at the same time with a line connecting through the center point. Think of it like clock hands, where the clock hands connect the slash marks. You will see the lines approaching and will prompt you to get ready to use both hands at the same time. Lines would probably be a partially transparent glowing yellow, or maybe lighter shade of blue and orange.
