Video Highlights is the key for sharing and getting more IMO

Barring Party Fowl, I have not seen end game downloadable Video Highlights and it definitely sucks. Can that be added please? I can't be the only one wanting it and I'm sure everyone will appreciate it. My family for one is big on it. Please add it for all games or games where this is feasible. Thank you.
