Ski Free!
Think back to that old Windows 3.1 game. You're a skier going down a mountain where you have to move left/right to avoid stationary obstacles like trees, rocks, and lift pylons as well as moving obstacles like other skiers and dogs. You could have the user jump when they cross a ramp to get airborne and move arms in certain patterns to do tricks. Users could crouch to make the skier go faster or spread eagle to slow down.
There could be a freestyle area for doing tricks, there could be a slalom area for racing, and a free play area where you just explore or search for items (complete with abominable snow man that chases you after 2000 meters skied). Could have different courses for each area.
There can be point or speed goals that will allow you to unlock different apparel or equipment bonuses to help you personalize your skier.
