Option to use gestures OR remote

Some people love gesture control, but others really struggle with it. If every game could have the option to use either, that would be ideal. If that’s not feasible, then an indication — perhaps in the upper right corner — of which to use (hand or remote) would be helpful. (Some games currently do this, but not all.)
