Minecraft sorta?
What about a game sorta like Minecraft, where kids can build things but they can use their hands! and it'd be incredible if they built something with stairs or a pool that they could simulate climbing and swimming in !? I have no freaking clue if anything like that is even possible but I bet it'd be a total hit

My grandkids would love Minecraft game. The currently play video minecraft game, but it doesn't get them up and moving. Kids love love love building thing, Minecraft is perfect, they could move around to grab things they need to build, they can be creative on how they design their world. I know my grandkids would go crazy of a Minecraft game.

Minecraft has been studied to be really bad for kids brains. I understand some love the game but i personally would prefer this stays physical and good for the brain for kids. Its making a difference.

Copying from a facebook comment:
My 6yo would go crazy for a Minecraft game. It is the most popular theme I see on his classmates’ backpacks and t-shirts. Everyone seems to love this franchise.
I believe the best use of Nex for this would be a 1st or 3rd person team based exploration game with specific objectives of finding materials for crafting/building that, upon collecting them, would automatically craft/build at your “base” area. The crafting would need to be drastically simplified (primarily using pictures) due to the lack of a controller and to accommodate small kids. There could be some light battles with creepers and skeletons after dark where you defend your base using a sword or bow/arrow.
Movement would also be challenging without a controller and could perhaps be accomplished by leaning in the direction you want the character to go and raising the right or left arm to turn. Hands in front together in a chopping motion could pull out the appropriate tool/weapon for the current situation (weapon at night, pickaxe near a rock, axe near a treee, etc). Nex doesn’t have any exploration games with a big and open feel to them. I think a Minecraft game would pull in a large demographic that doesn’t currently have anything they truly want to play long term on Nex.
The devs will probably know right away if Nex can handle a game like this from a hardware standpoint.
Thanks!

Or something with a legos vibe.
Maybe build things to meet a need.
There were many games in the old Harry Potter Legos where you had to create stairs and things to be able to access different areas. Something like that might be neat too
