Mindfulness Game for toddlers/kids

A simple mindfulness game to teach children basic coping skills, emotional regulation, mindfulness, and emotional identification skills. Blowing bubbles, cool down the hot pizza, blow out the candles, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, grounded, etc. Possible collab ideas: The Color Monster Book/ board game (identify and sort emotions into jars), Zen Den on YouTube, Daniel Tiger, Sesame Street, Miss Rachel.
