Hi! I am a stay at home mom to young children, and if you know us moms, we usually don't have help as often as we would like. Our free time is usually at night when the kids are asleep. This puts us in a place where we can't make weekly appointments for postpartum therapy. Sorry for the rant, but we would love some Pilates classes and postpartum exercises, which would also include exercises for expecting mothers. These would be exercises that help us strengthen the body to stay healthy and fit, and beginner friendly, like core and pelvis exercises. All that good stuff. Please and Thank you โค
