Change Starri back
This game is the entire reason I pay for Nex. The other games are essentially perks and Starri is my sole interest. The game update as of roughly 8/26/26 has ruined the game. The songs that were removed are disappointing but understandable. Contracts end, prices change, whatever, music isn't free we get it. BUT the overhaul from great game UI to whatever this garbage can kindergarten interface is I'm like actually distraught. I've never been more disappointed or dissatisfied In my entire life. I'm actually heart broken. Something I genuinely loved just died and I'm grieving. If it can be revived, you'll have a life long customer. If not, we're done. You're choice.

My kids were so disappointed with the update to Starri! It’s their favorite game and they’ve asked for the original version to come back. I understand trying to update the game but to totally change the experience for the worst makes no sense. This is one of the only games they still play so it’s likely we will end our subscription. What a shame.

Hi Jessica, thank you so much for the feedback. We are sorry that the updates have disappointed you! I also love Starri and would own Playground just for it.
Our CEO and co-founder, David, posted a response last night on FB and Reddit. If you have time this weekend, please take a look. We'll respond with more early next week.
Thank you again,
Arleigh

It is such a bummer! There is some back and forth on Reddit with the CEO, might be worth everyone here reaching out there too :)

I love and support your positivity, and agree with directing channels but we shouldn't have to. The CEO didn't make this change but I live for the reality of them firing whoever did

The Starri 2.0 update is terrible. My 8 year old hates it. At least provide the option to revert back to the original graphics ans format. Huge miss with thia update.
