We’ve quietly launched a beta Nex Playground Remote App on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store in the US and Canada. It can help when your remote is missing, broken, or when you’re traveling and forgot it at home.
This is not intended to replace your physical Nex Playground Remote. Dedicated hardware provides a more seamless experience, especially for kids. If you can’t find your remote, we still recommend ordering a replacement from our website.
