Barre workouts

I’d love to see Nex Playground add a barre-inspired workout option that blends low-impact strength, balance, and flexibility with clear motion guidance. Players could use a chair or countertop as their “barre” while following small, controlled movements like pulses, pliés, leg lifts, and core work, with motion tracking helping with alignment and posture. Sessions could be short and accessible for all levels, with upbeat music and optional family-friendly modes. It would be a great way to bring toning, stability, and graceful movement into the Nex experience.
