Balancing game

I mean like helping with skills such as balancing on one foot. Maybe a game where we have to cross a field but have to prevent being seen, so whenever a spotlight shines on the player, they have to do some sort of balancing pose (shown on screen saying something like “ hold this pose” with a picture of said pose)until the spotlight moves off of them so they won’t be detected/ lose or have to go back to the start of the field?
