Add color inversion accessibility setting

PlayOS

We need some accessibility settings

Specifically around display that can allow color inversion. My daughter on the spectrum does much better with color inversion settings and I'd love to see this as an option. Our tv despite being a smart google tv does not have a color inversion setting.

Would really love an update on this! The color inversion on our new tv doesn't affect the nex playground and only inverts the tv menu (lg c5 oled). Please help!
