[Active Arcade] - Sound distorted on countdown

The 3..2..1 countdown voice on Laser Dodge, and I think some others Active Arcade game countdown sounds, are slightly distorted as if the recording wasn't done correctly, but I haven't noticed this issue on any other sounds throughout the game library yet.
