Ability to skip tutorial instructional screens during tutorial revisit

I would like to see the ability to skip the descriptive screens so that the player doesn't have to wait for the entire description to be read to you. The graphics do a really well job at showing what you need to do and I do appreciate Hiccup reading to the player and guiding you through the tutorial, however I think this could be skipped when revisiting the tutorial.

Also, would like to see the ability to select which tutorial you'd like more practice on. For example, player can select the sheep selection without going through the earlier motions again.

Finally, I'd like to see the ability to repeat a section as often as you'd like for younger players who need more time practicing a specific skill.
